About This Project

An existing client located in a prominent McMahon’s Point building called upon Urban Building to manage the re-modelling of their existing offices and expansion onto an additional floor within the building. With commanding views over Sydney harbour to the iconic bridge and CBD skyline, communal areas such as boardrooms and breakout areas where positioned to capture the breathtaking vistas. The use of numerous breakout areas across both floors offers daytime solace to the staff, designated by changes in floor coverings such as carpet tiles, synthetic turf and raised timber decking plus banquet style seating framed by timber slat screens. Features such as full wall graphics, pendant lighting, planter boxes, outdoor furniture and removed ceiling with black painted concrete soffit add many points of difference to the fit-out.
