About This Project

Looking to relocate within the ‘quay’ area of Sydney’s CBD, Urban Building facilitated the design, construction and relocation of Sunland Developments, an ASX listed company. The reception and boardroom were designed to mirror the high-end luxurious feel of Sunland’s residential developments while the work areas where fitted out with neutral coloured workstations and joinery to enable employees to focus on the architectural intricacies of their in-house designs. The use of the framed pictures showcasing Sunland’s recent projects resulted in a brilliant contrast to the black walls and carpet while bursts of colour were introduced through the use of planter boxes and open shelving containing project files.
