OAC Sussex St

About This Project

The brief read ‘to rebrand the campus reception areas to new specifications’ and Sussex St was chosen as the prototype. This project comprised removing reception joinery, vinyl flooring and a staff room installed by the previous operator & remodelling using components consisting of bespoke joinery, timber slat screens & decking, vinyl floor planking, carpet tiles, feature lighting, oversized fish tank, wall paper & an emphasis on feature graphics & vibrant colours. As the campus was operational during construction works were limited to weekends with high importance placed on site safety during campus operating hours.

“Brad and his team have always been prompt and professional in all the work they have done for us. Of particular note is their flexibility in working around the strict requirements of building in and around childcare centres, with the various restrictions that implies, including a lot of evening and weekend work. The team really do everything they can to meet our requirements.” Ben Mirkin | Project Manager
