Occupying the entire floor of a high rise CBD building and making use of the Christmas/New Year’s public holidays Urban Building completed the refurb of the Market St campus that included reclaiming the lift foyer area as lease-able space. Features and specifications used on previous projects were again used including a cubic fish tank strategically located centrally to the lift foyer to remove the students and parents from the hectic environment surrounding the campus. The extensive use of full height glass partitions and laser cut frosting enhanced the feel of rooms located within the core of the campus. Strict conditions implemented by building management lead to challenges with scheduling and completing works. Careful planning and effective communication ensured works were completed on time and budget.
