Starting with the demolition of 1000m2 of ground floor office space in a building that once produced Wrigleys chewing gum, Urban Building was tasked with creating a display suite indicative of the 100 high end residential units to be built within & around the existing building. Working closely with the developers & architects Urban Building procured and managed all aspects of the display suite including carpentry, plastering, fire detection, air conditioning, electrical including feature lighting, brickwork, glazing, painting, concrete floor polishing, timber flooring, carpet, plumbing including FF&E, floor & wall tiling, high specification joinery & displays, feature sign writing, graphics and landscaping. Items salvaged from the original Wrigleys chewing gum offices in Chicago USA were sourced and installed adding to the history and story of an iconic building.
